Welcome to the Blackburn Community Association (BCA) website.
This website was designed to provide Blackburn Hamlet residents and those interested in our community with helpful information, links to local businesses and services, updates about upcoming events and ways to get involved.
The website is hosted by the BCA; a dedicated group of volunteers who work to ensure there is a wide range of activities held in our community all year long. Events featured on these web pages will be updated on a frequent basis and submissions to the website are welcome.
You will also find details about upcoming public consultations concerning issues that impact our community, photos from BCA-sponsored events, public service advisories and minutes from past BCA meetings.
